Rental Equipment
Clear Gold Audio & Lighting has a rental inventory of audio-visual equipment for any event. If your need is specialized,
we will make every effort to provide that equipment, and often times, add that piece to our inventory. What's more, we can compliment

Equipment rental for new clients requires a deposit by cash or credit card.
RESERVATIONS:
To reserve equipment for a later date, a minimum deposit is required of either 20% of the rental cost or $ 20.00 (whichever is greater).
CANCELLATIONS:
A client may cancel a reservation for a full refund if made 2 business days prior to the reservation date. No deposit refunds are issued for cancellations made within 2 business days of the rental.
On the day of pickup or delivery to the client, at least 50% of the estimated rental cost must be paid, with the balance due upon return of the equipment unless otherwise agreed. Please allow enough time to go over the condition and operation of the equipment, and fill out the rental contract.
If the client is from a non-profit organization, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt certificate or proof of 501C3 status so that no tax will apply.
Equipment is expected to return in the condition it was received, less normal wear and tear. The client assumes all responsibility for the safe keeping and operation of the equipment until it is returned.
If a client wishes to keep the equipment for a time beyond the original agreement, then the client must notify Clear Gold Audio & Lighting by phone or in person, at which time the new arrangement may be set.
